Non-Gold's Gym members welcome provided you pay the gym day pass rate of R200, plus the PT fee.
Group bookings up to a maximum of 3 people per session can be booked. Bookings are currently open from Monday to Thursdays, 05:30 - 19:00, and Fridays & Saturdays 06:00 - 15:00, Sundays from 07:00 to 12:00.

Online training programs are designed to suit each person's individual goals, from beginner to advanced, from the endurance driven person to the competitive athlete, from the meat lovers to vegans, I have got you covered.
Online training clients receive their programs and meal plans the week before the new month once payment is done, and have full online support over whatsapp or email.
